The biggest difference is the consistency between the images. Most services only keep track of the characters you add yourself, and everything else is described in text alone. That means places, objects, temporary characters and clothes quietly change from page to page. We keep track of the appearance of every character, including the ones the story invents along the way, of every place that appears more than once, of every important object and of every outfit a character wears.
